Dr. Xavier Li and Dr. Duy Ho opened the practice in October 2011, after graduating from the same year of dental school, Xavier and Duy spent their first few years as dentists working in various locations. Xavier began his career here in Mooroopna before continuing onto practices in Richmond and Greensborough. Duy started in Horsham before moving onto Nhill, and has also worked in Wangaratta and Greensborough.
Having enjoyed their experiences working in country areas, when it came time to start their own dental practice, both Xavier and Duy were keen to return to a rural setting. By a stroke of good fortune, the “Teller” restaurant was vacating to Shepparton from the old bank building in Mooroopna, and from there the idea of opening a dental surgery in the historic building was born. Both Xavier and Duy enjoyed the challenge of designing a comfortable, contemporary and functional dental surgery while maintaining the character and ambience of the century old building.
